I hope I have time to finish writing this blog entry before this place is sold. This is probably the most affordable home in Victoria and with the recent updates to both the building and home, you don’t need to make sacrifices. So that picture above is the building and they take great care of it. But to the left - a couple blocks passed that smart car - is cook street village. I’ve been in love with cook street village for years and while I was helping the Seller get this home ready for sale, I took a break and discovered a brand new gem in the ‘cook street village food court’ called Rica Salsa…so good. this sounds too good to be true
It’s true, there are a couple of drawbacks. This is a leasehold which is nothing to be afraid of but give me a call if you don’t know what that means. There are also no pets allowed which is a bummer but there are rentals allowed for whatever life throws at you. Who knows what you need this property to do for you. This home is spacious for a one bedroom and is totally move in ready! There is a property manager that is very well-run and there is lots of storage in unit and available storage as well. There is parking available for a small monthly fee ($20) but does not come with the home. Otherwise you are ready to go with a newly updated condo in the heart of Victoria. With new flooring, newly painted and updated kitchen and bathroom. I haven’t even mentioned how gd close this is to the ocean and Dallas road yet.
