quadra street village is funky as all get out

One of Victoria’s coolest neighbourhoods and getting cooler by the day! Since I’ve moved to Victoria, I have seen this neighborhood attracting more and more of my attention. My personal favorites in the area that have popped up over the last few years include the incomparable Caffe Fantastico, (which is under a block away), Part and Parcel casual eatery whose food is always on point with their eclectic and ever-changing menu, and Cascadia liquor which is such a cool, trendy liquor store. There are, of course, also some stalwarts of the neighborhood and I often find myself at 5th street after a long work-day or especially if I’m heading to the Roxy/BlueBridge theater. There are so many gems right in a 5 block radius in Quadra Street Village that you, literally, never have to leave. Oh, but if you do want to leave, you’re 5 minutes to the heart of downtown.

Contemporary living without the new-built price tag

This home is just not going to stick around very long. It’s too easy a decision to make if you’ve seen what else is out there in this price range. This large 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite has been recently updated and been beautifully maintained. The building itself has also been updated and very well-maintained with a strata that gets 2 thumbs up for how well they are spending and stewarding this building’s money. This home does come with secure underground parking and an additional storage locker. Not shown in the photos above are the In-suite laundry in the bathroom.
