I can personally attest to the amazing-ness of this listing because I've lived in the building.

Greg and I spent most of our spring 2016 enjoying this up and coming neighbourhood - along with the common, strata-maintained swimming pool and workout / weight room. 

We absolutely loved living here and were really sad to leave...

This unit is beautifully finished with crown moulding and antique fixtures - which makes it kinda unique.

The previous owner definitely loved living here too, and kept their home in pristine condition.

There's just something magical and inspiring about white walls with good detail.

I probably get too excited about design elements, but when you see condo after condo - both great and bad - you learn to quickly recognize a special listing when you see it.

When Greg and I lived in the building - aptly named Stadacona Centre - we adored how central it was.

We came to cherish our regular visits to Origin's Gluten Free Bakery - the carrot cake is DOPE - and loved a good pint at The Tartan Toque.  It's a great place to enjoy the weekend.  We'd picnic in Stadacona Park - located right across the street.  There were tennis courts available and ample space to lay out a blanket and relax with a good book. 

This home is a just short walk from Shopper's Drugmart and equally central to Oak Bay Village and downtown Victoria.

You really can't go wrong!
