Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients to buy, and sell properties, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. This role requires a licensed real estate professional who can efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

  • Property Listings: Create and manage property listings on multiple platforms. Coordinate with photographers, stagers, and other vendors to prepare properties for listing.

  • Showings and Open Houses: Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property showings and open houses. Prepare properties for viewings and ensure a positive experience for potential buyers.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to determine competitive market prices. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

  • Negotiations: Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.

  • Transaction Management: Oversee the preparation and processing of real estate documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish.

Qualifications:

  • Valid real estate license in B.C.

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in any real estate CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
